Three-room apartment consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an eat-in kitchen.

Living area:
• 1 air-conditioned eat-in kitchen, balcony, induction stove, utensils and accessories, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, TV and free Wi-Fi.

Sleeping area:
• 1 double bedroom (18 sq m) plus a bunk sofa bed, air conditioning, balcony, TV, safe, bathroom (4 sq m) with window, shower stall and hair dryer, free Wi-Fi.
• 1 smaller double room, air conditioning, balcony, TV, safe, bathroom with window, curtained shower and hair dryer, free Wi-Fi.
ù • for children: free of charge (subject to availability) fall-prevention rails, high chair, baby bathtub. Crib on request Euro 10.00 per day.

Maid service: Cleaning kit, initial courtesy set, bath and bed linen with one weekly change.
For stays of 10 days or more included 1 cleaning and 1 midweek linen change every 7 days of stay. Upon request, daily or midweek cleaning at extra charge.

Breakfast service available on request at the price of Euro 9.00 for adults, Euro 8.00 for children 6-11 years, Euro 7.00 for children 3-5 years, free for children 0-2 years.
